WELCOME TO PINE STALL HORSE BEDDING

PINE STALL is a 100% Natural product. It contains no dyes, glues, or preservatives. Water is the only outside substance involved in the production of PINE STALL. Our pellets are made entirely from wood by-product sourced from nearby mills. The mills we partner with for raw materials have been confirmed to use no foreign substances in their production assuring us of a pure raw material for our pellets. Needless to say, no trees were cut for the manufacture of PINE STALL.

PINE STALL's manufacturing operations are located in the pristine mountains of the interior of British Columbia at the center of a dense forest of Lodge-Pole Pine. These locations are far removed from the advances of modern industry and pollutants. While at times there are traces of white ash, PINE STALL is effectively an all-Pine wood pellet product.

During the manufacturing process, PINE STALL is heated to temperatures in excess of 800 degrees F. This produces a clean and sterile product manufactured specifically for use by animals. Once the raw material is cooled to approximately 140 degrees F. it is then compressed at more than 20,000 PSI into its pellet form. This process of heating, drying, and compressing results in a pellet with less than 6% moisture content.

PINE STALL pellets are your horse's own stall maintenance crew. They absorb urine like tiny sponges. The wetness and ammonia of urine is eliminated, while much of the wetness and odor of manure is absorbed. This drying and deodorizing provides your horse with a fresh and healthy environment. Once the pellets absorb the odor causing liquids, they expand to about four times their original size eagerly awaiting their next round of work. Your only cleaning duties are picking droppings each day, mixing wet spots with surrounding dry pellets, and occasionally removing saturated spots - all told, about 5 minutes per day. Complete stripping of the stall is not needed for a couple of months, and in some cases stripping becomes, altogether, a thing of the past.
